Dennis Gault, tycoon and fishing fanatic, was only the first of private eye R.J. Decker's problems. Hired by Gault to investigate cheating on the Florida bass-fishing circuit, Decker found himself surrounded by murder, obsession and a plethora of characters from beyond the fringe, to whom catching bass was more fun than sex. Pretty soon Decker's own neck is on the line as he discovers that fishing in Florida doesn't involve just killing bass...
